In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "fg67" refers to the online betting and gaming platform accessible at fg67.io, including all associated services, features, and content made available to registered members.
• "Platform" means the fg67 website, mobile interface, and any software or application through which fg67 services are delivered.
• "Member" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on fg67 or who accesses any part of the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Member upon completing the fg67 registration process.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by fg67 to Members subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing or using fg67 is unlawful under applicable local law.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the functional currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process fg67 applies to Member accounts.

By accessing the fg67 Platform, registering a Member Account, making a deposit, or placing any Wager, you irrevocably confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

• You are at least 21 years of age and meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 below.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and fg67. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are required to immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account by contacting support.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. fg67 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. fg67 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement is not met.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by fg67 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active fg67 Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

To access fg67's full range of betting and gaming services, you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time PIN with any third party. fg67 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 KYC Verification

fg67 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any point, including before processing a withdrawal or when your account activity triggers a compliance review. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot confirming ownership of the bKash or Nagad number linked to your Account).

4.3 Account Updates

You must promptly notify fg67 of any change to your personal details by updating your Account profile or contacting support at [email protected]. fg67 accepts no responsibility for failed transactions, missed notifications, or other issues arising from outdated account information.

4.4 Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting fg67 support. Any available balance at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and confirmation that no outstanding bonus wagering obligations remain.

All financial transactions on fg67 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fg67 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless a specific promotion specifies a different threshold.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt by fg67's payment processor.
• fg67 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• fg67 only accepts deposits originating from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• fg67 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Processing will be paused until all required documents are received and verified.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6.

5.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. fg67 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Member reactivates the Account.

fg67 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Members who have completed account registration and, where required, initial KYC verification. Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a Member's Wallet at a time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonus balances will be removed from your Wallet automatically.
• Abuse: fg67 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers is detected.
• Amendments: fg67 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Members will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

All wagers placed on fg67 are subject to the specific game or sport rules published on the Platform, as well as the following general conditions:

7.1 Placement of Wagers

A Wager is only valid once it has been confirmed by the fg67 system and a bet reference number has been issued. Wagers that have not received a confirmed reference are not binding on fg67. It is the Member's responsibility to verify that wagers have been correctly accepted before relying on them.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error in odds, payouts, or game outcomes (including software malfunctions or data feed errors), fg67 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund the original stake to the Member's Wallet. fg67 has no obligation to honour wagers placed at erroneous odds where the error was reasonably identifiable by the Member.

7.3 Cricket and Live Betting

Live in-play markets for cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, and other covered events) are offered subject to real-time data availability. fg67 does not guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and may suspend or close markets at any time without prior notice due to delays, data interruption, or match circumstances.

7.4 Maximum Payout

fg67 applies maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per sport. The applicable limits are published in the Platform's sports betting rules section. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will be reduced to that limit, and the excess stake refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fg67 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing fg67 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by fg67.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or funds that are not your own.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed solely to exploit promotional offers without genuine wagering intent.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fg67 staff or other Members through any communication channel.

fg67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Account identified as belonging to a person under 21 years of age.
• Account identified as being accessed from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Member has requested self-exclusion under fg67's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the Wallet may be withheld pending investigation. fg67 will notify the Member of the suspension and the reason where permitted by law and where doing so does not compromise an ongoing investigation.

All content on the fg67 Platform — including but not limited to the fg67 brand name, logo, design, graphics, text, software, data feeds, odds compilations, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of fg67 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of fg67. Unauthorised use of fg67 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg67 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and its services, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

fg67 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any interruption, delay, or error in Platform services caused by technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond fg67's reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, fg67's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fg67 is firmly committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account settings or by contacting support.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set a maximum session duration after which the Platform will automatically log them out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.
